Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. If the order is processed or shipped within this time, cancellation may not be possible.
- How to Cancel: Email us at myhappyknot@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request.
- Personalized Orders: Orders that include customization or personalization cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once placed. Please double-check all details before confirming your order.
- International Orders: Once placed, international orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
If your order has already been shipped, you can follow the return process after delivery (if eligible).
Return Policy
We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items.
- Return Window: Report the issue within 3 business days of delivery by emailing myhappyknot@gmail.com.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized or customized products
- Personal care items
- Any item marked as non-returnable
- Post-Dispatch Cancellation Charges: If a personalized order is cancelled after dispatch, the following will be deducted:
Product cost + Shipping fee + RTO fee + 5% restocking fee

Refund Policy
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refund Method: Amount will be credited to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
- Cancellation After Dispatch: Shipping fee + RTO fee + 5% restocking fee will be deducted.
- Partial Refunds: May be issued if the returned item is used or not in original condition.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- An unedited unboxing video is required as proof for damaged or missing items.

- Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday–Saturday)
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (Free on orders above ₹500)
- Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (Available in selected pin codes of Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru & Jaipur)
- International Shipping: 5–7 business days (varies by location; charges apply)
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing may take longer during peak seasons or unforeseen situations.
Packaging & Gift Wrapping
All products are securely packaged.
Optional gift wrapping is available for ₹190 at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
Currently, only one address per order is allowed. Please place separate orders for multiple addresses.
Address Changes & Order Issues
Please verify your address before placing the order. Once shipped, changes cannot be made. For any issues, contact us immediately.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us right away. We will coordinate with the courier partner for resolution or replacement.
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons, we recommend placing orders at least 5 days in advance to avoid delays.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Any customs duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.
